Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Reunite, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Reunite

Reunite helps people report and find lost pets. You agree to use the app only for that purpose, to provide accurate information in your reports, and to comply with all applicable laws. You must be old enough to lawfully use this app in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the pet reports, comments, photos, and other content you post. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Reunite. You agree not to post false, misleading, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, or graphic content, not to harass or threaten other users, and not to misuse the reporting or contact-sharing features. We review reported content, remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend or permanently remove accounts that post it.

Reports and Safety

Reunite lets users flag content for safety review (e.g. spam, harassment, hateful or graphic content, or misinformation). We review these reports to help keep the community safe, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome or response time. Always use your own judgment and caution — especially around in-person meetups and sharing contact information — when coordinating with other users.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Reunite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any lost pet will be found, or that any report or user is accurate or trustworthy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fellipe Forte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Reunite after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
