Delete your Reunite account
In the app
- Open Reunite and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
Without the app
If you can't open the app anymore, email support@prairielabs.dev from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Reunite account”. We'll reply to confirm, then delete the account.
What is deleted
Your profile, your pet reports, your comments and votes, and your notifications.
What is kept
Safety reports you filed and Help & Support requests you sent are kept only in anonymized form, with your personal information removed. Your details are removed from support requests, including the email copies in our support inbox, within 30 days.
A copy of deleted data can remain in our database backups for up to 7 days before it is gone for good.
